Dr. Alannah Levian
A popular presenter of health and wellness topics, Dr. Alannah Levian is an Olympic sports scientist, performance coach, yoga and Qi Gong teacher, massage and meditation educator, and author of best selling books including The Art of Living Well, Mind-Body Rejuvenation, and the Master Massage Series.
She began her career in health sciences as a midwife, then became a Registered Nurse. She continued her career as a Naturopathic Physician, Chiropractor, and Oriental Medical Doctor before diving into Sport Science. Serving elite athletes as well as performing artists for over 30 years, Dr. Levian honed her practical understanding of what it takes to enhance human performance and achieve optimal potential.
She is best known for bringing a playful purposefulness to The Art of Living Well. Dr. Alannah skillfully integrates key principles of habit-formation, breath work, exercise, hydration, nutrition, meditation, and neuroscience into an easy-to-learn blend of every-day practices that make life more fun and fulfilling.
